Returns & Exchanges

At Banana Club, we want you to love your style; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your apparel within 30 days of delivery. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a free home pickup through our portal.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
